The State of Missouri to Michael Robert Soltero. You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Howell County, State of Missouri, at West Plains, the object and general nature of which is dissolution of marriage, and which affects the following described non-marital real estate acquired by petitioner in Butler County, MO described as follows:
All of Lots 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, and 104 of Pasadena Hills Subdivision being part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 27 North, Range 7 East, as shown by the plat of same on file in the Recorder's Office of Wayne County, Missouri. Description Furnished. The following property in Howell County MO acquired via beneficiary deed and probate estate described as follows: All that part of the following tract of land located South of the centerline of County Road 2660 as presently located: the South Half of the Northwest Quarter, the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, except a
tract of land described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter running thence North 22 rods, thence West 44 rods, thence South 22 rods, thence East 44 rods to the place of beginning of this exception. A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter running thence East to the Northeast corner thereof, thence South 8 rods and 14 links, thence in a Southwesterly direction to the West line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter at a point 14 rods South of the Northwest corner thereof, thence North 14 rods to the point of beginning. All being in Section 14, Township 26 North, of Range 7 West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, subject to all existing public and private roads and easements.

Also, the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 26, Range 7. The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 26 North, Range 7 West. The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, except a strip off the North side of 14 rods wide at West line and 8 rods and 14 links wide at East line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and a strip 40 rods long by 22 rods wide off the South side at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 26, Range 7, and EXCEPT all that part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 26 North, Range 7 West, lying South of the centerline of County Road 266 and East of the centerline of County Road 381.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the petition within forty-five (45) days after the 1 st day of May, 2024, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
