Funeral services for Anita Ruth Richardson, 66, Corinth, Miss., formerly of West Plains, Mo., were held at 10 a.m. today, Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Richardson died at 3 a.m. Friday, Aug. 21, 2015, at her home. She was born March 13, 1949, at Pottersville, Mo., to Alonzo Moss and Alice Tibbits Moss.
On Jan. 19, 1967, she was married at West Plains, Mo., to James Junior Richardson, who preceded her in death on June 20, 2008.
Mrs. Richardson worked as an associate at Walmart.
She is survived by four children, Chuck Richardson, wife, Jeannie, Corinth, Miss., Brian Richardson, wife, Nora, Richie Richardson, wife, Toni, and Melissa Naron, husband, Art, all of the State of Texas; 12 grandchildren; one brother, David Moss, wife, Doris; two sisters, Betty Ray and Loretta Chilcote, husband, Ed; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents; husband; one daughter, Sonja Richardson; and one brother, Lonnie Moss, preceded her in death.
Visitation was 6 until 8 p.m. Monday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Elijah Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Elijah Cemetery and may be left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.
