William (Bill) Edward Ramseur, 68, died March 15, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nev.

Bill was born February 12, 1948 in West Plains, Mo., to Gus and Helen Ramseur. He graduated from West Plains High with the class of 1966 and attended Christian Brothers College in Memphis, Tenn. He was the owner of the Mouse Trap tavern in Willow Springs, Mo., from 1972 to 1981. He was a card dealer at the Mirage in Las Vegas, and a professional poker player.

He was preceded in death by daughter Crystal in 2003 and parents Gus and Helen Ramseur.

He is survived by granddaughters Jade Simkins and Gemini Simkins of Henderson, Nev.; brothers Alan Ramseur and wife Norma; Guy Ramseur and wife Deanna; nephews Kirt Ramseur and wife JoDee; Bret Ramseur wife Christy, best friend Dennis Franks all of West Plains, numerous cousins, special friends Jill Adair and Michael Drew of Las Vegas, Nev., and stepdaughter Jeana Tolley of Willow Springs.

A memorial prayer service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, April 22 at St. Mary’s, West Plains.
