Now that spring is well underway, let's take a little walk on the wild side. This week we are going back to the land, to harvest what most people consider a weed but the dandelions are much more. Dandelions have many healthy benefits including lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, boosting the immune system, aiding in weight loss, helping fight inflammation and the list goes on but you get the big picture, they are good for us.
