U.S. 60 in Cabool to undergo repairs in both directions

Both directions of traffic traveling on U.S. 60 in Cabool will be reduced to one lane for road and bridge repairs in the coming weeks.

First, from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through March 22, weather permitting, the Missouri Department of Transportation will have crews making pavement repairs on eastbound U.S. between AV and AM highways. While the work is underway, traffic will be reduced to a single lane with a 16-foot width restriction.

Then, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 1 through 5, MoDOT crews will perform bridge repairs between AV Highway and Highway 181 in Cabool, causing a lane reduction with a 12-foot width restriction in the westbound lane.

The work zones will be marked with signs. Drivers should use extreme caution while traveling nearby.
