Kearra Candice Anderson, Poplar Bluff, was ticketed at 10:36 a.m. April 26 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Jim Hedlesten.

Jason Channing Mickey, Carl Junction, was ticketed at 9:32 a.m. April 27 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Bradley Mason Pulliam, Springfield, was ticketed at 10:41 a.m. April 27 on a charge of speeding by 11-15 mph over. Officer Hedlesten.

Ethan Blayne Brown, Sikeston, was ticketed at 10:56 a.m. on a charge of following another vehicle too closely. Officer Hedlesten.

Jessica Lynn Matty, Springfield, was ticketed at 11:19 a.m. April 19 on a charge of not wearing a seat belt. Officer Joe Barnhouse.

INCIDENT REPORTS

Officer Joby Hoopes took a report of harassment at 8:57 a.m. April 25. The reporting party said he had been receiving harassing emails from a Willow Springs resident.

At 9:29 a.m. April 29, Animal Control Officer Mark Templemere found a stray pit bull in a yard on Park Street while he was doing routine checks. The dog was identified and returned to its home without incident.

Officer Barnhouse and Sgt. David Struble responded at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday to the 500 block of West Fourth Street for a reported possible fight. It was learned an argument had taken place between a man and woman. They were separated and a 12-hour separation rule was put into effect.

CALLS FOR SERVICE

At 12:01 a.m. April 25, Officer Jake Cronin responded to a noninjury traffic crash involving a deer on West Main Street.

Sgt. Struble conducted a well-being check at 12:49 a.m. April 25 on East Main Street, and the person needed a ride.

At 9:24 a.m. April 24, Chief Wes Ellison, Officer Hoopes and Sgt. Struble responded to Industrial Drive to trespass a person from a property.

Officer Cary Gates checked on a vehicle at 11:31 a.m. on East Main Street, and the occupants said they were getting a tire fixed.

At 3:04 p.m. April 25, Officer Gates spoke to a person who called to inform police about stolen property.

Officer Hoopes responded at 6:05 p.m. April 25 to East Valley Street for a disturbance, resulting in a person being trespassed from the home.

At 12:16 a.m. April 26, Officer Wade Bloomer gave a courtesy ride.

Officer Bloomer assisted Howell County deputies with an area check at 1:55 a.m. April 26 on County Road 5290.

At 8:16 a.m. April 26, Officers Gates and Hedlesten responded to Railroad Drive for an abandoned vehicle; the vehicle’s owner had it towed.

Officers Hoopes and Gates spoke to parents of a youth at 10:31 a.m. April 26 regarding 911 hangup calls.

At 3:09 p.m. April 26, ACO Templemere responded to West High Street for a call about two small dogs out of a home with the door open.

Officer Gates conducted a well-being check at 7:55 p.m. April 27 on East Sixth Street. Everything was fine.

At 8 p.m. April 27, Officer Gates responded to a disturbance call on East Sixth Street. The reporting party complained of knocking on her wall; it was maintenance work being done.

Officer David Hocking responded at 7:56 a.m. April 28 to North Center Street for a complaint of suspicious circumstances. The person in question was not able to be found.

At 11:14 a.m. April 28, Officer Barnhouse responded to the area of East Fourth Street and North Grand to conduct a well-being check. Everything was fine and the subject requested resources from officers.

At 12:59 a.m. April 29, Officer Ryan McGinnis blocked a low-water crossing on West Main Street due to flooding.

Officer McGinnis blocked crossings at 2:20 a.m. April 29 on West Main Street at the intersections of 11th Street, 10th Street, South Center Street and South Cherry Street due to flooding.

At 3:09 a.m. April 29 Officer McGinnis assisted the city Utilities Department.

Officer Barnhouse responded at 10;29 a.m. April 29 to the airport on DD Highway for a suspicious vehicle. He checked the vehicle and everything was fine.

At 2:34 p.m. April 29, Officers Hocking and Barnhouse responded to a home on North Center Street for 911 hangup calls made by a youth.

Officer Barnhouse responded at 5:23 p.m. April 29 to West Fourth Street for a report of a missing child, who was found at Booster Field.

At 8:16 p.m. April 29, Officer McGinnis responded to North Ash Street for a disturbance call and advised the person to keep the music down.

Officer McGinnis responded at 8;33 p.m. April 29 to Highway 76 for a disturbance. Two people were separated for the night.

At 11:01 a.m. Tuesday, Officers Hocking and Barnhouse responded to West Fourth Street for an area check. Two people were separated and advised of the 12-hour separation rule.

A woman called at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday regarding lost keys.

At 5:38 p.m. Tuesday, Officer Hocking took a call from someone about two dogs running loose on North Center Street.

While conducting building checks at 10:59 p.m. Tuesday, Officer McGinnis found an open door at a building on Drew Street. A check was conducted and everything was fine.

At 1:51 p.m. Wednesday, an animal owner called to ask for help catching their animals on Corn Avenue. ACO Templemere responded.

Officer Barnhouse removed debris from U.S. 60/63 near Peterbilt at 2:13 p.m. Wednesday.

At 5:19 p.m. Wednesday, Officer Barnhouse stopped on U.S. 60/63 near Peterbilt to assist a motorist who had run out of gas. Help was en route.

Officer McGinnis responded at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday to Short Street for a disturbance. A complaint form was given to all parties involved.
