The Yellow House Community Arts Center, 209 W. Trish Knight St. in West Plains, held its second annual August Bazaar Saturday, featuring arts and craft vendors, fire performances by Raven Wolf Forge and live music from local bands and artists. The Yellow House is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays, and has several upcoming events planned, including Open Amp Jam Session at 6 p.m. Friday, hosted by West Plains Underground, and a performance by Compton & Newberry at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 9.
