The Successor Trustee will on March 20, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 10:00AM, at the Howell County Courthouse, 222 Courthouse, East Front door, West Plains, MO 65775, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:
LOT THREE (3) IN BLOCK SIXTEEN (16) OF MORRISON SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF THE SW1/4 OF THE SE1/4 OF SECTION 7, AND A PART OF THE W1/2 OF THE NE1/4 OF SECTION 18, ALL IN TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 8 WEST, AS SHOWN BY PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK G AT PAGES 43-45 OF THE RECORDS OF HOWELL COUNTY, MISSOURI.

SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS AFFECTING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY RECORDED IN CABINET A, DRAWER 3 AT PAGE 2508-78 OF THE RECORDS OF HOWELL COUNTY, MISSOURI.
