PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of West Plains, Missouri at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2025, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1910 Holiday Lane, West Plains, Missouri, to give all interested persons an opportunity to be heard on a property vacate. This property is owned by The City of West Plains and more particularly described as follows:

All that part of a platted half-street or alley, 25 feet in width along the west side of Block 9 of Hickory Hills Subdivision, amended and revised as shown in Plat Book G, Pages 59 and 60 of the records of Howell County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: All that part lying west of and adjacent to Lots 10, 11, and 12 in Block 9.
