Request for Proposal for Track Patching, Spray, and Striping
The West Plains R-VII Board of Education hereby issues a call for RFP for the Track patching, structural spray, and striping the track at the Zizzer Stadium. All interested bidders are to contact Mr. Matt Orchard, Director of Facilities of West Plains R-VII School District at 417-256-6150, for bid details and spec requirements. All bids are to be submitted during regular office hours to the West Plains R-VII Central Office, 610 East Olden Street, West Plains, Missouri, 65775, beginning April 18, 2025 and no later than 12:00 PM, noon, May 7, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened at 12:05 PM, May 7, 2025. Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
