The Ozark Action (OAI) Board of Directors will hold its regular board meeting at 7 p.m. July 23 in Ozark Action Building 2, 720 E. Main St. in West Plains.

The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of May minutes, followed by the financial report, given by Lisa Roark. That item includes the Head Start financial reports, agency financial report, agency balance sheet and new year budget.

Executive Director Bryan Adcock is then anticipated to give his report, to be followed by board council reports from Head Start, the Community Development Board, Howell County Public Housing Agency and the Workforce Investment Board.

Under new business, the board will be presented updates on board by-laws, Head Start COLA Application, Head Start Parent Handbook, OAI board resolution for custodian of record, Ozark Community Development Corporation (OCDC)/OAI fiscal agreement, Ozark Properties Inc./OAI fiscal agreement and property disposal. Discussion of property updates will be given under old business.

Any other business will be discussed after old business before adjournment.

The Ozark Action board meeting will be preceded at 6 p.m. by a meeting of the Ozarks Community Development Corporation Board of Directors in the same location.

The agenda includes approval of May minutes, a financial report, an OCDC/OAI fiscal agreement, property management updates and other unspecified updates.

The OCDC board meeting will be preceded at 5:50 p.m. by the annual meeting of the Ozark Action Properties Board of Directors in the same location.

The agenda includes property updates, nomination of officers for a one-year term beginning in September, fiscal agreement between Ozark Action Properties, Inc. and OAI and other unspecified business.

The Ozark Action Properties board meeting will be preceded at 5:30 p.m. by the Ozark Action board of directors committee meeting in the same location.

The agenda includes a vote to go into closed session to discuss employee matters.
