FARM BUREAU HONOREE

John Williams, co-owner of Hirsch Feed and Farm Supply, has been recognized by members of the Ozark County Farm Bureau for his support of youth in agriculture. Williams, representing the business, has been the top buyer each year for many years at the Junior Market Livestock Auction at the Heart of the Ozarks Fair, bureau members said. The plaque presented to Williams reads, in part, “Your financial support, encouragement and assistance given to local FFA and 4-H members is helping them to accomplish outstanding achievements in agriculture, leadership and citizenship. Your dedication has not gone unnoticed. Thank you.” From left: Ozark County Farm Bureau board member, Dora High School agriculture instructor and FFA and 4-H advisor Paula Bodenhamer, Williams and Ozark County Farm Bureau President and beef producer J.D. McKee, Pottersville.
