West Plains R-7 Superintendent Dr. Lori Wilson spoke Thursday at the monthly Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon in the West Plains Civic Center. Dr. Wilson spoke about the $4 million district improvements project, in which updates were made over the summer to school buildings. She also discussed district goals and funding. The luncheon was sponsored by McDonald’s of West Plains and catering was provided by Kiko Japanese Restaurant of West Plains. The next chamber luncheon will be at noon Oct. 3 at the civic center.
