The Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce will host an open application session for Howell County Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding from 2 to 5 p.m. Monday in the Ferguson Building in downtown Willow Springs.

The grant program is administered by Ozarks Small Business Incubator, which has partnered with the Howell County Commission.
