Beginning to look a lot like Christmas

West Plains utility workers have begun installing holiday lighting and hanging wreaths across city streets. Workers Keeling Ward, left, and Shayne Eades install lights high above Preacher Roe on Wednesday. The Christmas lights will run down Porter Wagoner Boulevard, Preacher Roe Boulevard, Broadway and Main Street.
