SHELTER INSURANCE made a donation of $200 in support of the Cystic Fibrosis of West Plains. The organization’s annual fundraising concert, featuring chart-topping country performer Rodney Atkins, will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the West Plains Civic Center. Doors will open at 5 p.m. for live and silent auctions preceding the concert. Admission for children 12 and younger is $5, and adult tickets are available for $25 in advance or $30 at the door. Proceeds from the event go toward research for treatments and a cure for cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease the affects the respiratory system. To order tickets by phone with a credit or debit card, call the civic center at 256-8123.
