INCIDENTS

Officer Jacob Russo reported at 9:38 p.m. Friday he was dispatched to a business on Porter Wagoner Boulevard to speak with a witness to an alleged assault that had happened at another location.

Officers were dispatched at 12:14 a.m. Saturday to a home on Simpson Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. Charges are pending. Officer Wes Stuart.

Officer Russo responded at 1:14 p.m. Saturday to Doctors Drive in reference to a broken vehicle window. It is unclear if the car had been vandalized and the incident remains under investigation.

It was reported at 2:02 p.m. Saturday a dog had been struck by a vehicle and injured near a home on Joe Jones Boulevard. It was determined the animal needed to be put down and the homeowner disposed of the dog. Officer Russo.

Officers were dispatched at 4:22 p.m. Saturday to a restaurant on Porter Wagoner Boulevard in reference to someone who left without paying for their meal. A suspect was ticketed on a charge of stealing. Officer Conner Burnes.

A domestic assault was reported at 10:50 p.m. Saturday at a home on Crestwood Circle. Officers spoke with three women on the scene who stated a man that had been involved in the altercation left prior to officer’s arrival. A complaint has been forwarded to prosecutors. Officer Michael Tinsley.

A gas drive-off was reported at 8:52 a.m. Sunday at a business on Preacher Roe Boulevard. A suspect was identified and ticketed, and a report has been forwarded to prosecutors. Officer Russo.

Officers responded to an alarm at 10:48 a.m. Sunday at a business on Chestnut Bend. A woman who was not supposed to be on the premises was located in an office, sleeping. The subject was arrested, ticketed and released. Officer Russo.

A woman reported at 1:12 p.m. Sunday she believes a neighbor near her home on Knight Street has been destroying and vandalizing her property. The incident is under investigation. Officer Russo.

Officer Stuart reported at 3:33 p.m. Sunday he responded to a home on Webster Street in reference to a possible court order violation. It was not confirmed the suspects were in the area and there are no charges at this time.

A man reported at 5:19 p.m. Sunday property had been damaged on Westway Drive. The incident remains under investigation. Officer Burnes.

A woman reported at 9:39 p.m. Sunday her front door had been damaged at a home on Grace Avenue. A suspect was identified and ticketed on a charge of property damage. Officer Burnes.

Officers were dispatched at 11:25 p.m. Sunday to a home on Jackson Street in reference to a peace disturbance. It was determined a physical domestic assault had happened. No injuries were observed and the woman involved declined to write a statement. The male subject had left the scene before officers arrived and the matter has been forwarded to municipal court.
