Courtney Nicole Morgan, 22, West Plains, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. Jan. 14 on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of improper lighting. Officer Josh Wichowski.

Kelley Daye Tyler, 30, West Plains, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. Jan. 14 on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of stealing. Officer Wichowski.

Shawna Christine Bell, 29, West Plains, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. Jan. 16 on charges of failure to appear on charges of stealing. Officer Brandon Romans.

Amanda Renee Wallace, 33, West Plains, was arrested at 11:06 a.m. Jan. 16 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear on charges of permitting another to operate a motor vehicle without insurance and failure of a driver or front seat passenger to wear a seat belt. Blake Auston Lox, 22, West Plains, was arrested at 11:32 a.m. Jan. 16 on charges of failure to appear on charges of stealing, failure to display current state license plates, failure to wear a seat belt, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to provide proof of insurance and driving while suspended. Gregory Keith Coleman, 22, West Plains, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. Jan. 16 on charges of failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended and failure to provide proof of insurance. The Missouri State Highway Patrol was the arresting agency.

Seth Austin Thomure, 23, West Plains, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. Jan. 16 on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of driving 20 to 25 miles per hour over the speed limit. The Thayer Police Department was the arresting agency.

Jacob Allen Hall, 18, West Plains, was arrested at 6:29 a.m. Jan. 17 on a Douglas County charge of failure to appear on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle. Officer Jacob Russo.

Ronald Travis Crase, 61, Couch, was arrested at 9 p.m. Jan. 17 on a Winona city charge of failure to appear on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended. Officer Conner Burnes.

Orvil David Doran, 28, West Plains, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Friday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Officer Justin Brown.

David Hershal Flygare, 33, West Plains, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Sunday on charges of second-degree burglary and property damage and failure to appear on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended. Officer Wichowski.

James Lee Brunner, 43, West Plains, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. Sunday on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of resisting arrest. Officer Chris Sterner.

Sylvania Rose Wihley, Mtn. View, was ticketed at 8:22 a.m. Jan. 14 on Porter Wagoner Boulevard on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and failure to display a current state license plate. Officer Powell.

Anthony Ray Johnson, West Plains, was ticketed at 9:09 a.m. Jan. 14 on Myrtle Street on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle, failure to give notice of an accident and careless and reckless driving. Officer Brad Jones.

George K. Reinholdt, West Plains, was ticketed at 1 p.m. Jan. 14 on Porter Wagoner on a charge of failure to yield the right-of-way. Officer Jones.

Tiffany Belinda Dawn Hickman, West Plains, was ticketed at 2:12 p.m. Jan. 16 on Joe Jones Boulevard on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and failure to display current state license plates. Officer Powell.

Kayla Jordana Kirkman, Summersville, was ticketed at 4:12 p.m. Jan. 16 on U.S. 63 on a charge of failure to obey flashing signal lights. Officer Powell.

Audreyana Lynn Rutledge, West Plains, was ticketed at 8:24 p.m. Saturday on Luna Drive on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Bean.

Thomas William Brown, Viburnum, was ticketed at 3:20 p.m. Sunday on U.S. 63 on a charge of speeding. Officer Wichowski.

INCIDENTS

Officers were dispatched at 9:09 a.m. Jan. 14 to the corner of Myrtle Street and St. Louis Street in reference to a vehicle that struck a utility pole. The occupants fled the scene. The driver, Anthony Ray Johnson, later returned and was ticketed on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle, failure to give notice of an accident and careless and reckless driving. A woman reported at 2:53 p.m. Jan. 14 she lost her WIC vouchers while she was moving. Officer Sean Barrett.

A woman reported at 2:53 p.m. Jan. 14 someone she has an order of protection against keeps contacting her by email. A report was forwarded to prosecutors. Officer Sean Barrett.

A library employee reported at 7:33 p.m. Jan. 14 a person checked out two fishing poles June 18 and had not returned them two weeks later when they were due. Officer Brandon Stephens.

A library employee reported at 7:33 p.m. Jan. 14 three people checked out eight books in July and failed to return them. Officer Wichowski.

A library employee reported at 7:34 p.m. Jan. 14 someone checked out four DVDs in September and failed to return them. Officer Wichowski.

Officer Nate Bean reported at 4:22 a.m. Jan. 15 in reference to someone rummaging through a vehicle parked on Woodland Avenue. A cell phone was reported missing and the subject fled on foot. The incident was forwarded to the detectives division.

A woman reported at 6:17 a.m. Jan. 15 another woman was yelling and banging on her trailer on Newton Street, and crawled under the trailer and caused damage. Officers reportedly responded a second time when the suspect returned, but were unable to make contact with her. A complaint was forwarded to municipal court. Officer Michael Tinsley.

A woman reported at 9:26 a.m. Jan. 15 another woman threw some of her belongings away at a home on Seminole Street. Charges are pending. Officer Jones.

An abandoned vehicle was reported at 9:53 a.m. Jan. 15 in the area of Webster Street and Minnesota Avenue and was towed by J and J Recovery. It may be claimed at their lot. Officer Powell.

A man reported at 11:47 a.m. Jan. 15 someone he has a court order against made comments directed toward him while they were at the Howell County Courthouse. An incident report was forwarded to prosecutors. Officer Sean Barrett.

A woman reported at 1:10 p.m. Jan. 15 someone she has a protection order against has violated the order by coming within 300 feet of her. Officer Romans.

A man reported at 8:46 a.m. Jan. 16 someone entered his vehicle while it was parked on Debra Drive and took about $6 in change and some prescription medication. Officer Sean Barrett.

Officers were dispatched at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 16 to a home on Cedar Lane in reference to an ex parte violation. It was discovered the respondent had been messaging the petitioner. The case was forwarded to prosecutors. Officer Burnes.

A woman reported at 10 a.m. Jan. 17 someone got into her vehicle while it was parked on South Howell Avenue and stole some property. Officer Travis Howell.

A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10:58 a.m. Jan. 17 at the Walmart parking lot. The incident remains under investigation. Officer Howell.

An employee of Habitat for Humanity Restore reported at 10:59 a.m. Jan. 17 a man was observed loading items into a van that had not been paid for. He was confronted and returned the items before leaving. It was later discovered two metal table legs were still missing. The suspect was located and spoken to, but no other items were recovered and the man was told by management he was not to return to the property. Officer Powell.

An out-of-control juvenile who attempted to hit another person was reported at 5:28 p.m. Jan. 17 at a home on Olive Street. The case was forwarded to the juvenile office. Officer Burnes.

A woman reported at 3:30 a.m. Friday a man left a home on Utah Street and struck her vehicle with a large stick, causing damage. A report was forwarded to prosecutors. Officer Russo.

Officer Tinsley reported he responded at 4:50 p.m. Friday to a home on Maple Street in reference to a possible verbal domestic altercation. A woman at the scene expressed signs of suicide and was transported to Ozarks Medical Center for treatment.

A man reported at 5:35 p.m. Friday some items were stolen from a location on Maple Street. The incident remains under investigation. Officer Tinsley.

A woman reported at 8:54 p.m. Friday an assault happened at a home on North Howell Avenue. A complaint was forwarded to city prosecutors. Officer Tinsley.

Officer Tinsley responded at 9:24 p.m. Friday to a home on Stoney Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance. A woman at the scene reported she was assaulted and had signs of injuries, but refused to cooperate with officers as the male suspect was being detained. The suspect was released and charges are pending.

A woman reported at 10:36 p.m. Friday someone put sugar in the gas tank of her vehicle while it was parked on Utah Street. Photos of the damage were taken and the incident forwarded to detectives. Officer Bradshaw.

Officer Bean reported at 4:39 a.m. Saturday he responded to a home on McFarland Drive in reference to someone trying to force their way inside. A suspect kicked the door and broke the door jamb and interior frame. The suspect was located and identified and a complaint has been forwarded to prosecutors.

A one-vehicle noninjury accident was reported at 12:07 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 63 at Bill Virdon Boulevard. It was determined the vehicle that caused the accident had fled the scene. The incident remains under investigation. Officer Bean.

A woman reported at 2:30 p.m. Sunday some items, including a cell phone, were taken while she was at Mugs two days before. The case is under investigation. Officer Tinsley.
