ARRESTS

Harold Wayne Holt, 58, County Road 5150, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the courthouse on an Oregon County charge of failure to appear on a charge of passing a bad check and released on $341.08 bail. Deputy Neil Sletten.

Chelcey Lynn Thompson, 23, County Road 1360, was arrested at noon Monday at the courthouse on charges of failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation on a conviction of possession of a controlled substance. She was released on $13,500 bail. Deputy Sletten.

Wayne Russell Robbins, 41, Ellsinore, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Monday at the Butler County Jail on charges of probation violation on convictions of passing a bad check and stealing. He is held without bail. Deputy H.D. Reid.

Jeremy Tyler Henderson, 29, Thayer, was arrested at 1 p.m. Monday at the St. Francois County Jail on a charge of probation violation on a conviction of distribution of a controlled substance. He is held without bail. Deputy Reid.

INCIDENTS

Deputy Ryan Boyle reported at 6:21 p.m. June 6 he was dispatched to a home on County Road 3810 in reference to a domestic disturbance. A woman reported injuries as a result of the altercation and a male suspect was arrested pending charges.

Bryan Scott Ledford, 47, County Road 7300, reported at 8:48 a.m. Friday an antique Coca Cola display cart valued at $40 was stolen from Ledford Auction sometime the night before. Deputy Shannon Caldwell.

Deputy Seth Smith reported at 3:33 a.m. Sunday he responded to Rest Inn Motel on south U.S. 63 in reference to a man who had a self-inflicted injury on his right forearm. Smith rendered first aid and the man was transported to Ozarks Medical Center for treatment.

A 61-year-old West Plains woman was reported missing at 5:56 p.m. Saturday by friends. The woman was later reported found about four hours later and when spoken to by Deputy Chris Pekarek was determined to be unharmed and explained she just wanted some time to herself.

Deputy Logan Wake reported at 6:24 p.m. Sunday an allegation of child abuse was reported to the sheriff’s department. A hotline call was made to Division of Family Services and the case is under investigation.

Deputy Smith reported at 12:49 a.m. Sunday he conducted a traffic stop on County Road 6070 that led to the seizure of a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine. The incident is under investigation.

Deputy Smith reported at 11:30 p.m. Sunday he conducted a traffic stop on Lanton Road that resulted in a driver being ticketed on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and the seizure of a white crystalline substance. The incident is under investigation.

It was reported at 11:43 a.m. Monday a man was out of control and kicking a door at a home on County Road 2170. The subject was placed on a 12-hour protective hold and no charges are expected. Deputy Caldwell.

Donovin Acklin, 24, K Highway, reported at 8:11 p.m. Monday his white 2000 Buick LaSabre, valued at $600, had been taken from his former residence on K Highway. Deputy Rob Pilkington.

Deputy Darren Spangler reported at 3:53 a.m. Tuesday a man was arrested at Casey’s General Store on Gibson Avenue and a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine and two glass smoking pipes were seized. The incident is under investigation.
