ARRESTS

David P. Amos, 36, Mtn. View, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Friday at the sheriff’s department on Texas County charges of failure to appear on a charge of failure to provide proof of insurance, A Willow Springs city charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and a Mtn. View city charge of failure to appear. He was released with $1,000 bail. Jailer Corey Clark.

Jeremy Boyd Taflinger, 38, Mtn. Grove, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. Friday at the sheriff’s department on bond surrenders on charges of possession of a controlled substance and stealing. He was released with $4,500 bail. Deputy Robert Greenan.

Harry Edward Hogan, Mtn. View, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. Friday in Mtn. View on a charge of probation violation on a conviction of third-degree assault. He is being held without bail. The Mtn. View Police Department was the arresting agency.

Jon Jacob Little, 30, Mtn. View, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. Saturday on Highway 17 on charges of probation violation on a conviction of first-degree tampering, failure to appear on charges of resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked/suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle, Oregon County charges of failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked/suspended, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle, and Mtn. View and Willow Springs city charges. He is being held without bail. The Missouri State Highway Patrol was the arresting agency.

TICKET

David Dwight Case, 28, Branson, was ticketed at 2 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. 60 and U.S. 63 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Deputy Logan Wake.

INCIDENTS

Deputy Bruno reported at 9:55 p.m. Jan. 20 he responded to a home on U.S. 63 in reference to a domestic disturbance. No charges have been filed at this time.

Deputy Bruno reported at 3:58 p.m. Jan. 21 he was dispatched to a home on County Road 3210 in reference to an assault. No charges were filed.

Denny Earl Trolinger, 58, Route 1, reported at 11:24 a.m. Thursday the license plates was stolen off of his vehicle. The incident remains under investigation. Deputy Bruno.

A woman reported at 2:31 p.m. Thursday someone violated an order of protection. The incident remains under investigation. Deputy Wake.

Jeremy Wagner, County Road 8110, reported at 10:17 a.m. Friday a deer mailbox valued at $440 was stolen. Deputy Wake.

Deputy Wake reported at 1:48 p.m. Saturday he conducted a traffic stop on County Road 5250 and two items of drug paraphernalia that tested positive for methamphetamine were recovered.
