ARRESTS

Joshua Keith Harris, 36, West Plains, was arrested at 11:54 a.m. Dec. 22 on charges of failure to appear on charges of driving while suspended and failure to display a current state license plate. Officer Shannon Sisney.

Uriy Yevgenyevi Dudko, 20, West Plains, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Dec. 22 on charges of failure to appear on Cabool city traffic offenses and West Plains city charges of failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked/suspended and other offenses. Officer Brandon Stephens.

Mageon Leona Thompson, 41, West Plains, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Dec. 23 on Porter Wagoner Boulevard on a charge of driving while intoxicated and ticketed on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle and failure to follow procedure for turning at an intersection. Clara Neomi Lagutaris, 45, West Plains, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. Sunday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Officer Kyle Ellison.

Sean Aloysius Boyer, 49, West Plains, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Sunday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Officer Ellison.

Gary Lee Simmons, 31, West Plains, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Sunday on charges of failure to appear on charges of failure to display a current state license plate, failure to properly restrain a child in a vehicle, driving while suspended, failure to provide proof of insurance and charges of shoplifting and stealing. Crystal Michelle Krautermay, 40, West Plains, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of filing a false report, failure to show cause. Officer Michael Tinsley.

Brandon Eugene Collins, 44, West Plains, was arrested at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday on Ozark County charges of failure to appear on charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seatbelt and failure to provide proof of insurance. Officer Stephens.

Marglynn Bagby, West Plains, was ticketed at 7:21 a.m. Dec. 22 on Ginger Drive on a charge of failure to stop at a stop sign. Officer Kevin White.

James Alan Sanders, West Plains, was ticketed at 5:13 p.m. Dec. 22 on a charge of following too closely. Officer Dustin Tackitt.

Kimberly Ann Adcock, Springfield, was ticketed at 4:34 p.m. Dec. 23 on a charge of speeding. Officer Paul Bradshaw.

Virgil Scott Park, Koshkonong, was ticketed at 5:41 p.m. Sunday on U.S. 63 on a charge of following too closely. Officer Trey Dewitt.

Donald Glen Lair, West Plains, was ticketed at 5:41 p.m. Sunday on U.S. 63 on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Dewitt.

Trevor Asher Harris, West Plains, was ticketed at 11:38 p.m. Monday on south U.S. 63 on a charge of speeding. Officer Ellison.

Daniel Antonio Watson-Lara, West Plains, was ticketed at  1:18 a.m. Tuesday on Kentucky Avenue on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while revoked/suspended. Officer Tinsley.

William Jay Wear, West Plains, was ticketed at 8 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Olden Street and Jackson Street on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Brad Jones.

Ryan Daniel Harmon, Eminence, was ticketed at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on charges of driving while revoked/suspended, failure to display a current state license plate and failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Christopher Barrett.

Ranee D. Reid, West Plains, was ticketed at 12:04 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of failure to display a current state license plate. Officer Barrett.

Jesse Keith Wright, West Plains, was ticketed at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Dixon Street and Howell Avenue on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Ivie Powell.

Destiny Brielle Martin, Pomona, was ticketed at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday on Worley Drive on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer John Murrell.

Michelle C. Nickerson, West Plains, was ticketed at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. 63 on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended. Officer Tinsley.

Cindy Luanne Brotherton, West Plains, was ticketed at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Wayhaven Drive and Ridgecrest Drive on charges of failure to display a current state license plate and failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Tackitt.

Gregory Alan Montgomery, West Plains, was ticketed at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday on Broadway on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Murrell.

Sandra Elaine Berryhill, West Plains, was ticketed at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday on Kentucky Avenue on a charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility for a vehicle. Officer Jones.

Melissa Clara Cole, West Plains, was ticketed at 6:21 a.m. Thursday on a charge of speeding. Officer Bradshaw.

Lori Kay Mulligan, West Plains, was ticketed at 10:24 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Cass Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to display a current state license plate. Officer Tackitt.

Brandon James Childress, West Plains, was ticketed at 2:21 a.m. Friday on Preacher Roe Boulevard on a charge of failure to display a current state license plate. Officer Bradshaw.

INCIDENTS

Officer Tackitt reported at 5:13 p.m. Dec. 22 he was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Gibson Avenue, a suspect having left the scene. The driver was later identified as James Alan Sanders, 60, Independence Drive, who was ticketed on a charge of following too closely. The victim of the accident, Michelle S. North, 41, Rhonda Drive, had damage to the rear end of her 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and there was front end damage to Sanders’ 1998 Ford Windstar, which rear-ended North’s vehicle while it was stopped behind traffic. There were no injuries and neither vehicle had to be towed from the scene.

Doris Jean Harper reported at 1:13 p.m. Dec. 22 a burglary had happened Dec. 20 on the 1400 block of West Third Street. Clothing was reported stolen. Officer Tinsley.

Officer Trey Dewitt reported at 12:34 p.m. Dec. 22 that five fraudulent charges had been made in July to the West Plains Bank checking account of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #43. The incident is under investigation.

Officer Brown reported he made a traffic stop at 9:56 p.m. Dec. 23 and ticketed the driver on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Officer Brady Grinnell reported at 1:31 a.m. Dec. 23 officers were dispatched to Crestwood Circle in response to a report of found property. A Landmark Bank debit card was placed into evidence and may be claimed at the police department.

Jennifer Lynn Wenstad reported at 3:40 p.m. Sunday a wedding ring had been stolen from a room at the Super 8 Motel. Officer Tackitt.

Officer Murrell reported at 1:34 p.m. Sunday a woman had unknowingly tried to use a counterfeit $10 bill to pay for a meal at the Porter Wagoner McDonald’s. The bill was not used for the purchase and taken into evidence.

Christion Daniel McAmis, 703 E. Main, reported at 6:06 p.m. Monday someone had stolen $300 in cash, several Xbox One games, an Xbox One gaming console and a 55-inch television from his home while he had been gone since the previous day. Officer Sisney.

Joseph Brandon Smith reported at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday a 16-inch green bicycle had been stolen. Officer Tinsley.

Michael Dylan Ochiltree reported at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday in reference to a past stealing case, that tools had been taken from his place of employment. Officer Tackitt.

Bruce Edward Williams reported at 2:39 p.m. Wednesday a burglary had taken place in the 600 block of Monks Street. An Xbox One Halo 5 Edition gaming console and Call of Duty: WWII and Call of Duty: Black Ops games were  taken. Officer Tinsley.

Officer Jones reported at 11:12 a.m. Wednesday a counterfeit bill was found in the business deposit of Ramey Supermarket.

John Harris reported at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday someone had damaged a window at Mulligan’s Package Store, 808 Porter Wagoner Boulevard. Officer Brandon Romans.

Officer Barrett reported at 6:31 p.m. Thursday he was dispatched to a home on West First Street in reference to an ex parte court order violation, a woman reporting a man she has an ex parte order against had been texting her and wouldn’t stop. The matter has been forwarded to prosecutors.

Officer Tackitt reported at 3:26 p.m. Thursday an employee of Snappy Mart on north U.S. 63 reported a woman she has an ex parte order against keeps coming into the business. The matter has been forwarded to prosecutors.

Erin R. Lair reported at 8:12 a.m. Friday someone had vandalized her vehicle with eggs. Officer Jones.
