ARRESTS

Brian Jacob Driver, 23, Willow Springs, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Thursday in Willow Springs on a charge of third-degree assault. He is held on $3,500 bail. The Willow Springs Police Department was the arresting agency.

Jeffrey Dean Acre, 52, Willow Springs, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. Friday (3/8) at the sheriff’s department on a charge of first-degree statutory sodomy. He is being held on $50,000 bail. Deputy Jennifer Harper.

Harry Edward Hogan, 77, Mtn. View, was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Friday at the Mtn. View police department on a charge of probation violation on a conviction of assault. He is held without bail. Deputy Robert Greenan.

Shawn Michael Stearns, 23, Lanton Road, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. Saturday in Willow Springs on a Winona city charge of failure to appear on a traffic offense and is held on $190 bail. Deputy Logan Wake.

Cody Lee Caldwell, 20, Thayer, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Saturday at the sheriff’s department on a charge of second-degree domestic assault. He is held on $3,000 bail. Jailer Kevin Cherry.

Cody Richard Epley, 21, County Road 1280, was arrested at 3:28 Saturday at the sheriff’s department on charges of failure to appear on charges of being a visibly intoxicated minor and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He is held on $500 bail. Jailer Cherry.

Jeremiah Jay Hultz, 24, Houston, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. Sunday in Willow Springs on a Douglas County charge of stealing leased or rented property and released on $10,000 bail. The Willow Springs Police Department was the arresting agency.

Terry Alex Griffith, 25, Birch Tree, was arrested at 10:14 a.m. Sunday on Porter Wagoner Boulevard on a Greene County charge of failure to appear on a charge of tampering with a motor vehicle. He is held without bail. The West Plains Police Department was the arresting agency.

Justin Ryan Bartlett, 26, County Road 8790, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. Sunday on a Webster County charge of failure to appear on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended and released on $182.50 bail. The Missouri State Highway Patrol was the arresting agency.

TICKET

Tommy Jason Burk, 38, Willow Springs, was ticketed at 7:45 p.m. Sunday in Willow Springs on a charge of driving while revoked/suspended. Deputy Wake.

INCIDENTS

A woman reported at 10:06 a.m. March 4 she was assaulted by her boyfriend and her nose was broken and she had a concussion as a result. The woman wanted a report filed but did not wish to pursue charges. Deputy Dylan Webb.

Melanie M. Peardon, 29, Private Road 7201, reported at 11:55 a.m. Friday a man she knew took her vehicle without permission and it had not been located. The incident remains under investigation. Deputy Ryan Boyle.

Deputy Boyle reported at 6:25 p.m. Friday he was dispatched to a home on ZZ Highway in reference to an out-of-control juvenile who assaulted an adult. The incident was referred to the juvenile office for further investigation.

David Edward Moss, 52, County Road 1540, reported at 10:38 a.m. Saturday someone used his debit card information to make purchases in three different states. The incident remains under investigation. Deputy Webb.

The sheriff’s department received a call at 2:16 p.m. Saturday from Ozarks Medical Center in reference to a child bitten by a dog. A report was filed. Deputy Webb.
