THE WEST PLAINS Car Club hosted Wheels & Deals 2021, a car show and swap meet from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday at the West Plains Civic Center. This years’ show marked the 33rd annual event for the club, as COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the 2020 show. The east parking lot of the civic center, and adjoining field, were lined with the classic cars that filled so many youthful dreams across the decades.
