The Howell County Health Department will host an event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the West Plains Fire Department located at 1901 Kissinger Street. According to health department officials, 70-90% of car seats are installed incorrectly. This free event is open to all, and will help parents and child caregivers to ensure their carseats are installed properly.
