Proof of residence is required to dump debris items, and businesses that charge for cleanup services will not be eligible for free drop-off.
The City Transfer Station is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and located at 1853 Old Airport Road. City officials thanked residents for their efforts in keeping West Plains safe and clean during ongoing storm recovery.
