The Howell County Commission is slated to hold four meetings during its Thursday regular session, which begins at 10 a.m. and will be held in the conference room on the second floor of the County Office Building, 35 Court Square in West Plains.
The agenda shows meetings will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a conference to amend a grant, followed at 11 by a proclamation with Christos House representatives, recognizing April as Sexual Violence Awareness Month. Also at 11, commissioners are expected to open sealed bids for culvert installation in the Northern District, then at 11:30, they will open sealed bids for hot mix overlay in the Southern District.
Also on the agenda, commissioners plan to review and approve a contract with Benton and Associates for GIS maps, and review and approve bids for storm debris removal services.
Accounts payable will be approved if they are presented, and guests will be recognized.
The commission typically meets each Monday and Thursday. The public is welcome.
