One June 1 Officer Wardrip typed a letter to a Washington St. homeowner for a grass violation. One June 22 he confirmed that the land had been mowed.

It was reported at 8:08 p.m. June 23 that groups of teenagers gathered at the carwash on West US 60. No issues or concerns were noted. Officer Noble.

It was reported at 8:39 p.m. June 23 that a female was out of control on East 3rd St. Officer Noble.

It was reported at 6:02 p.m. June 24 that Officer Roberts was contacted by MSHP to confirm a warrant. The warrant was active and MSHP was advised.

It was reported at 8:15 p.m. June 24 that Officer Roberts brought a male to the police department to post bond on a Mountain View PD warrant. The male posted bond and was released.

It was reported at 10:21 p.m. June 24 that Officer Roberts was dispatched to Mona St. for a medical call. The female was transported to EMS to the hospital.

It was reported 10:22 p.m. June 24 that Officer Roberts was dispatched to Malone’s Motel for a well-being check on a male. Contact was made and the information was given to the RP.

It was reported at 5:41 p.m. June 25 that Officer Roberts was contacted by a female wishing to file a missing person report. The person lives outside of city limits with another individual. The caller was advised to contact the Howell County Sheriff’s Office.

A well-being check was reported at 11:00 p.m. on June 25. Officer Noble.

A verbal domestic dispute was reported at 2:59 am June 26 on N Ash St. Officer Noble.

A motor vehicle accident at the post office was reported at 8:35 a.m. June 26. Both drivers arrived at the police department to file a report. Officer Scott.

Suspicious activity was reported at 4:06 a.m. June 23 on Belmont St. Officer Gordon responded to RP’s report of someone attempting to call their dog out of their yard. Officer Gordon checked the area but was unable to find anyone in the vicinity.

It was reported at 3:20 a.m. June 23 that Officer Gordon responded to the hospital concerning someone attempting to leave while still under the effects of narcotics. Officer Gordon talked with the subject and convinced them to remain until they were able to safely drive.

It was reported at 11:02 p.m. June 22 that Officer Gordon responded to a call concerning a father attempting to take a baby from the mother. Officer Gordon spoke with the RP and the father and helped them to reach an agreement. He also assisted the father with finding a men’s shelter as he was currently homeless.

It was reported at 8:58 p.m. June 22 that Officer Gordon responded to a report of a woman who appeared to be under the influence and had two small children. The RP claimed the woman appeared to be preparing to leave, and the RP was concerned for the children. Officer Gordon searched the area but was unable to locate the car when it left.

A border collie was reported in an RP’s yard on Von Allmen St. at 8:38 p.m. June 22. The dog catcher was contacted and responded to the location.

It was reported at 10:10 p.m. June 26 that Officer Roberts was contacted by a caller wanting to know the ordinance concerning fireworks. The information was given.

It was reported at 10:10 p.m. June 26 that Officer Roberts was contacted by a male regarding a number that had been calling him. The caller was informed that the police department did not have the number on file.

It was reported at 10:12 p.m. June 26 that MSHP brought a female to the police department to post bond on a Shannon County Warrant. The female posted bond and was released from the police department. Officer Roberts.

It was reported at 2:05 a.m. June 27 that Officer Roberts was dispatched to Kansas St. for a lift assist. The female was assisted and she denied transportation by EMS for medical treatment.

It was reported at 8 p.m. June 21 that people were smoking marijuana at the back of a building at Honeysuckle Inn on U.S. 60. Officer Abney drove through and found no one outside of the building.

It was reported at 10:14 p.m. June 21 that EMS requested entry to building and lift assist. Officer Abney.

A call for physical domestic in progress was reported at 2:19 p.m. June 25 on Delp Rd. Officer Abney.

At 2:06 p.m. June 26 a reporting party called to report stolen items from her car. Officer Abney.

A medical/diabetic report was filed on Harrison St. at 10:24 a.m. June 26. Officer Abney.

At 1:00 p.m. June 26 a walk-in complaint was reported regarding vehicles parked alongside U.S. 60 for the auction that was taking place. Officer Abney.

At 3:39 p.m. June 26 it was reported that Officer Abney received a call concerning a male who would not leave a female’s house on Sixth St.

At 2:35 p.m. June 27 it was reported that Officer Abney received a call from a female concerning an update on a report she had filed.

At 3:15 p.m. June 27 it was reported that a male subject on Fifth Street, who had been drinking, was on the ground and possibly had a broken hip. Officer Abney.

At 4:53 p.m. June 27 it was reported that Officer Roberts was dispatched to N Pine in regard to a female causing problems and refusing to leave the residence. Contact was made with both parties, the female was asked to leave the residence, and she did so without incident.

It was reported at 6:33 p.m. June 27 that a female came to the police department regarding suspicious activity at the golf course. The caller stated that her boss had gotten back to her and knew the identity and activity of the person in question. Officer Roberts.

It was reported at 9:53 p.m. June 27 that Officer Roberts was dispatched to Harrison St. regarding a person entering a home without permission. The suspect was gone upon arrival.

It was reported at 9:34 p.m. June 27 that Officer Roberts was dispatched to Casey’s on N Elm St. regarding a male drinking alcohol in his vehicle. The vehicle was gone upon arrival and unable to be located.

It was reported at 10:32 p.m. June 27 that Officer Roberts was contacted by Howell County SO concerning vehicles drag racing on U.S. 60 headed toward Mountain View. The vehicles were unable to be located.

It was reported at 12:16 a.m. June 28 that Officer Roberts was dispatched to Stub St. regarding a male that had overdosed on medication. The male was transported to the hospital by EMS.
