Jarrod and Jordan Harris, West Plains, are parents of a daughter, Harley Grace. She was born at 5:05 p.m. Sept. 19. She weighed 6 pounds 6 ounces and was 19 inches long. Her siblings are Haylie, 17, Peyton, 8, Carson, 6, Aunaliyah, 3, and Eleona, 11 months. Her grandparents are Garrett and June Jacobson of Mtn. View, Tony Harris of Pottersville, Elaine Plante of Lebanon, Pa., and Melissa Halsted of West Plains.
