Terri Combs, left, and Kathleen Morrissey, right, West Plains Council on the Arts vice president and president, respectively, recently took time out of planning the 11th annual BrewFest to visit the Quill and General Manager Abby Hess. BrewFest was held Saturday, and the Quill was a media sponsor for the event, which is the council's primary fundraiser. Proceeds go toward council events such as the Ozarks Heritage Festival in October as well as toward the Gatewood Family Fine Arts Scholarship, administered by the council.
