Eastbound U.S. 60 in Texas County near Cabool will be reduced to one lane next week while Missouri Department of Transportation crews work on a bridge.
Weather permitting, bridge maintenance will take place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday between he Business U.S. 60 ramp to the end of the bridge outside of Cabool. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place.
Beginning next week, also in Texas County, a portion of Highway 17 from Houston to Plato will be one lane with a 10-foot width restriction through the end of October, while construction crews replace several culverts under the highway.
Work to be done from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily between July 29 and Oct. 31 will impact the stretch of Highway 17 between Highway 38 near Houston and AW Highway near Plato.
The work zones will be marked with signs and drivers should use extreme caution while traveling in the area.
