Hudson Washburn, 11, West Plains, is the winner of the West Plains Daily Quill's Deer Shots photo contest, with 71 online votes making him the “people’s choice.” He is the son of John and Crystal Washburn and harvested a 10-point buck with a .243 rifle from 83 yards. His prize package was valued at $200 and included a $50 gift certificate from Richards Brothers Feed, a camouflage backpack cooler/camp chair from Pepsi MidAmerica, products from Cape Electric, a pizza from Pizza Shack and coupons from Ruby Tuesday.
