Officials with the West Plains R-7 Athletic and Activities Department have announced a new partnership with FinalForms, an online platform designed to simplify the process of completing and managing athletic and activity participation forms.
FinalForms allows families to complete and sign forms digitally, saving time by rolling over information from season to season and year to year, officials explained, adding it also makes it easy to verify and update information at any time. For households with multiple students, FinalForms prepopulates information to streamline the process even further.
Families will be able to begin using the forms on Friday.
Parents and guardians of all students planning to participate in athletics or activities are required to create an account and register their student(s) through FinalForms.

The transition is described by officials as an important step in improving and streamlining the paperwork process for students, families and staff.
