Alpine Shave Ice, mobile truck based in Squires, inspected Feb. 21. No violations.

CFA Branson Food Truck, 607 W. Main St., Branson, inspected Jan. 30. No violations.

Conjure House Coffee, 2105 Hubert Redburn Drive, West Plains, inspected Jan. 19. Routine inspection under new ownership, approved for opening. One violation: no hand washing sink. Reinspection set for March 18.

Full Quiver Cafe, 408-2 U.S. 60, Mtn. View, inspected Jan. 18. Pre-opening inspection, approved for opening; will reinspect at opening. Three violations: Temperature measuring devices were not used in all cold storage units as required, shields were needed on light bulbs in prep areas and a wall in the back storage area needed finishing/repair. Deadline given of Jan. 31 for reinspection; no updates available as of press time.

McDonald’s No. 2, 1320 Porter Wagoner Blvd., West Plains, inspected Jan. 19. Four violations: sanitizer too low in buckets holding wash cloths, hot water temp lower than the required minimum of 100 degrees at prep area and bathroom hand sinks, a wall near the ice machine was in need of repair and cleaning was observed to be needed in the vent hood, drive-thru area flooring, back storage area and under ice cream machine. Reinspection set for Feb. 18 for all issues. No updates available as of press time.

South Fork Lunchbox mobile truck, 3213 U.S. 160, West Plains, inspected Feb. 6. No violations.

Spring Dipper, 674 Missouri Ave., West Plains, inspected Jan. 19. Two violations: A temperature measuring device was not observed in the front small refrigerators and an unlabeled spray bottle was found in the back prep area; bottles are required to be labeled. Both were corrected onsite.

West Plains Farmers & Artisans Market, 222 W. Main St., West Plains. Inspected Feb. 21 for reopening. Approved for opening and will reinspect prior to opening. No violations.
