Don's Goodyear has donated $500 to Cystic Fibrosis of West Plains, ahead of the Sara Evans fundraising concert to be held 7 p.m. March 16 at the West Plains Civic Center, 110 St. Louis St. Proceeds will go toward research into a cure for cystic fibrosis. Ticket prices for adults are $30 in advance or $40 at the door, and $5 for children age 12 and younger whether purchased in advance or at the door. They may be charged by phone by calling the civic center at 417-256-8123, at Ticketmaster.com/Sara Evans, or by scanning a QR code on promotional posters that will take users to the Ticketmaster website. It's time for the annual Cystic Fibrosis Benefit Concert once again, with country music performer and Missouri native Sara Evans. It is the 36th year for the concert, following a tradition of featuring top country artists, both contemporary and legendary. The family-friendly event will begin 7 p.m. March 16 at the West Plains Civic Center, 110 St. Louis St. Tickets for adults are $30 in advance or $40 at the door, and $5 for children age 12 and younger, whether purchased in advance or at the door.
