The Howell County Commission will meet at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Commission Room on the second floor of the Howell County Office Building, 35 Court Square in West Plains.
According to the agenda, which is subject to change, commissioners will discuss hiring a road and bridge county employee before reviewing and considering bids to purchase road oil for the county for July 1 through Aug. 31. Bids are due by 11 a.m.
Commissioners will then consider and award American Rescue Plan Act requests, approve accounts payable and recognize guests.
The commission typically meets every Monday and Thursday. The public is welcome.
