Howell County Health Department reports an additional 45 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 4,820. Of the new cases 32 live in West Plains, eight live in Mountain View, two live in Willow Springs and three live in Caulfield. There have been 22,526 tested to date. The total for the month of July now stands at 866.
