Gregory Broya Hambelton, 52, was arrested Feb. 21 on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended and released the same day without bond. Deputy Jacob Hamby.

Kyla Nachelle Pribble, 33, was arrested Feb. 21 on two warrants for failure to appear on felony charges and released Tuesday on $25,000 bond. Cpl. Seth Smith.

Ashley Dawn Hackworth was arrested Feb. 21 on a probation violation warrant and a charge of stealing, four or more offenses within 10 years. She was released Feb. 25 on $7,500 bond. Deputy Hunter Lewis.

Katherine La see Gunter, 44, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of driving while suspended and released the same day without bond. Deputy Robert Malone.

Rodney Adam Lamb, 33, was arrested Feb. 22 on two warrants for failure to appear, one for a misdemeanor and another for a felony, and held without bond. Deputy Koleman McDaniel.

Luwanna Shawna Downen, 55, was arrested Feb. 22 on a probation violation warrant and held without bond. Deputy Tessa Jens.

Everett W. Lamplugh, 38, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and held on $10,000 bond. West Plains Police Officer Jacob Brixey.

Christopher Allen Wright, 41, was arrested Feb. 22 on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, keeping or maintaining a public nuisance and possession of a controlled substance. He is held without bond. Deputy Hunter Lewis.

Daniel James Johnson, 40, was arrested Feb. 23 on a Christian County warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and released the same day on $2,500 bond. West Plains Police Officer Brent Keepes.

Heather Sue Boswell, 34, was arrested Feb. 23 on a charge of first-degree arson and held on $50,000 bond.

Amanda Nicole Ribaudo, 35, was arrested Feb. 23 on two warrants for failure to appear on felony charges and held on $15,000 bond. Deputy Michael Lewis.

Terry Glen Craig, 59, was arrested Feb. 23 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon by possessing a weapon and felony controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon by exhibiting. He was released the same day on $10,000 bond. Police Cpl. Stephens.

Ryan C. Hall, 29, was arrested Feb. 23 on three warrants for failure to appear on felony charges, plus charges of first-degree burglary, possession of a controlled substance and stealing, value under $150 with no prior offense. Deputy Michael Lewis.

Dylan Latham Cullipher, 18, was arrested Feb. 24 on a charge of driving while intoxicated and released the same day without bond. Deputy Malone.

Heath Wesley Neitzel, 40, was arrested Feb. 24 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released the following day on $10,000 bond. Deputy Brandon Meacham.

Kami Alicia Croney, 40, was arrested Feb. 24 on three warrants for failure to appear, two on felony charges and one on a misdemeanor. She is held on $27,500 bond. Deputy Malone.

Samuel Russel Ernest Schneider, 29, was arrested Feb. 25 on a charge of second-degree domestic assault and released the following Dayton $10,000 bond. Deputy Adriel Lisboa.

Chris Elzie Wheeler, 47, was arrested Feb. 26 on a charge of driving while revoked and released the same day without bond. Deputy McDaniel.

Joshua David Mingucci, 33, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of first-degree property damage and released Wednesday on $5,000 bond. Willow Springs Police Officer David Hocking.

Toby Lee Campbell, 49, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of a nonpayment of support in excess of 12 monthly payments due and held on $500 cash bond. West Plains Police Sgt. Josh Wichowski.

Brian O’Neal Richardson, 50, was arrested Wednesday on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and released the same day without bond. West Plains Officer Daiman Meyer.

Triniti Nikole Beck, 23, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of second-degree burglary and released the same day on $5,000 bond. Deputy Austin Ryan.

Alicia Dawn Mansfield, 30, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and released the same day on $10,000 bond. Deputy James Wardrip.

Keisha Leann Stetina, 41, was arrested Thursday on a Willow Springs warrant for failure to appear on a city ordinance violation charge and held without bond. Jailer Brenton Fine.

Maikol Alfonso, 25, was arrested Thursday on a charge of forgery and released Friday on $5,000 bond. Deputy Ryan.

Brandon Lee Stokes, 23, was arrested Thursday on charges of second-degree assault involving a special victim; second-degree burglary; disarming an officer; second-degree domestic assault, two counts; third-degree domestic assault; first-degree child endangerment; first-degree kidnapping; and resisting arrest for a felony. He is held on $130,000 bond. West Plains Police Officer Ivie Powell.

Elizabeth Louann Fugate, 38, was arrested Thursday on Mtn. View charges of failure to register vehicle, two counts, and driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. She was released the following day on $323 cash bond. Deputy Timothy Gordon.

Sabrina Mae Denker, 33, was arrested Friday on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended and held without bond. Deputy James Wardrip.

Ryan Christopher Herrold was arrested Friday on a charge of second-degree burglary and released the same day on $5,000 bond. Deputy Jens.

Joshua Lucas Bolin, 33, was arrested Friday on four counts of third-degree assault involving a special victim and held on $150,000 bond. West Plains Cpl. Brandon Stephens.

Courtney Perkins, 22, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and released the same day on $150 bond. Missouri State Highway Patrol Tpr. A.K. Falterman.

Ethan Bishop, 21, was arrested Sunday on a probation violation warrant and released the same day on $10,000 bond. Deputy Hunter Lewis.

Burl Gene Bishop, 45, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while revoked and released the same day without bond. Deputy Meacham.

Sylvia Lynn Owens, 40, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and held on $10,000 bond. Deputy Melanie Roam.

Bobbie Sue Carroll, 39, was arrested Sunday on a charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond. Deputy Meacham.

Aaron Blake Hollis, 24, was arrested Sunday on a Mtn. View charge of disturbing the peace and released the following day on $200 bond. Mtn. View Police Officer First Class Kylie McGee.

Angela Marie Corp, 46, was arrested Sunday on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended and released the same day without bond. Deputy Talon Millard.

Paul James Storms, Jr., 53, was arrested Thursday on a probation violation warrant and released the following day on $20,000 bond. Deputy McDaniel.

INCIDENT REPORTS

At 8:39 a.m. Feb. 21, Deputy Jacob Hamby was on patrol and made a traffic stop on AD Highway in West Plains, resulting in a driver being arrested on a charge of driving while revoked.

Cpl. Smith was called to the sheriff’s office at 10:31 a.m. Feb. 21 regarding a theft. The case is closed at this time due to a lack of evidence.

At 10:32 am. Feb. 21, Deputy Hamby took a walk-in report at the sheriff’s office regarding online stealing. The case is under investigation.

Deputy Hunter Ward was notified at 11:28 a.m. Feb 21 of a first-degree harassment allegation. Formal charges are pending.

At 1:34 p.m. Feb. 21, Deputy Jens spoke to a man in the sheriff’s office lobby about an order of protection violation. She took information to complete a report, and charges were sent to the county prosecutor for review.

Deputy Ryan responded at 3:36 p.m. Feb. 21 to an agency assist request from Dent County Sheriff’s Office, which was trying to find a missing youth. Deputy Ryan was able to get information to locate the child and return them to their guardian. A report was taken.

At 6:09 p.m. Feb. 21, Deputy Gordon was dispatched to County Road 3020 in Mtn. View for a report that an intoxicated man was trespassing and refusing to leave. The man was ultimately taken into custody and placed on a protection hold due to his condition, and the reporting party opted not to press charges.

Deputy Malone stopped a vehicle at 10:05 a.m. Feb. 22 at the intersection of U.S. 160 and County Road 6390 in West Plains, resulting in the arrest of the driver on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended, repeat offense.

At 11:46 a.m. Feb. 22, Deputy Hamby was called to a disturbance between two people on County Road 1690 in Pomona. A person was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges relating to third-degree domestic assault.

Deputy Avery Stolba was on assignment at West Plains Middle School as a school resource officer when, at 1:51 p.m. Feb. 22, he was notified by school administrators of a student with a THC vape. The vape was seized and placed into evidence and a juvenile referral form will be sent to the Juvenile Office, as will a probable cause statement, pending state patrol lab results.

At 12:07 p.m. Feb. 23, Deputy Lisboa was dispatched to the sheriff’s office for a woman who wanted to report child abuse which occurred elsewhere. All information was forwarded to Wentzville Police Department where a thorough investigation is taking place regarding the allegation.

Deputy Lisboa was dispatched at 1:38 p.m. Feb. 25 to the sheriff’s office to speak with someone who wanted to report an assault that occurred at about 10 a.m. at whom off of County Road 1860. A report was taken and an arrest was made.

At 4:51 p.m. Feb. 25, Cpl. Nicholas Bruno was dispatched to a home on County Road 2720 for a call about a dog killing another dog. The case is under investigation.

Deputy Malone stopped a vehicle at 12:50 a.m. Feb. 26 on U.S. 160 in Caulfield, resulting in a driver being arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and taken to the sheriff’s office.

At 11 a.m. Feb. 26, Deputy McDaniel stopped a vehicle for not having valid tags on Porter Wagoner Boulevard on the onramp toward north U.S. 63. The driver was arrested for driving while revoked and taken to the county jail, booked and released pending formal charges.

Cpl. Bruno was dispatched at 7:53 p.m. Feb. 26 to a home on E Highway for a disturbance. No criminal charges were filed and both parties were advised of judicial remedies.

At 9:38 a.m. Tuesday, Cpl. Smith was called to a home on County Road 8240 in West Plains for an unresponsive man. The man was determined to be deceased.

Deputy Jens spoke to an employee of Junction Hill School at 12:47 p.m. Tuesday who advised that a 9-year-old student had assaulted another child at school. The parents of both children were contacted and the school official advised that the offending child had been disciplined. Information was collected for a written report and the investigation is ongoing.

At 2:33 p.m. Tuesday, Deputy Hamby was called to the sheriff’s office to take a walk-in report of stealing that occurred on AB Highway.

Deputy Jordon Collins spoke to a person at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at the sheriff’s office who reported tampering. He took the report and the case is closed pending further information.

At 9:55 a.m. Wednesday, Deputy Ryan was notified of a man who wanted to report his chainsaw stolen in the area of County Road 6540 in West Plains. A report was taken and the case is under investigation.

Deputy Hamby took a walk-in report at 11:26 a.m. Wednesday at the sheriff’s office. A report was taken of an incident of trespassing and attempts were made to locate the subject.

At 7:11 a.m. Friday, Deputy Hamby was called to respond to County Road 7320 in Caulfield for a person trespassing. The person was arrested and taken to Ozarks Healthcare for a 96-hour mental health evaluation hold.

Cpl. Travis Weaver was involved in a collision with a deer at 10:08 p.m. Friday on K Highway in Pottersville. A report was taken.

At 9:21 p.m. Saturday, Deputy Malone was dispatched to County Road 7770 in Pottersville for a 911 call involving ongoing resuscitation attempts being made. The case was logged as a death investigation.

Deputy Meacham stopped a vehicle at 3:38 p.m. Sunday on northbound U.S. 63 just north of Silver Springs RV Park. A probable cause statement will be sent to county prosecutors for charges of stealing and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 3:46 p.m. Sunday, Cpl. Bruno took a report of a court order violation regarding child custody. All parties were advised of judicial remedies.

Deputy First Class Jared Hummel was dispatched at 11:18 p.m. Sunday to U.S. 63 for a report of a wrong-way driver. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver, an elderly woman, was given a courtesy ride to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
