ARRESTS

Toni Marie Boyle, 55, was arrested March 4 on a Mtn. View charge of driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility and released the same day on $500 cash bond. Deputy Brandon Meacham.

Zebadiah John Jorgensen, 30, was arrested March 4 on a Mtn. View charge of driving while revoked or suspended and released March 8 on $1,000 cash bond. Lt. Matt Roberts.

Christine Renee Born, 43, was arrested March 4 on a charge of unlawful possession of paraphernalia and released the same day without bond. Deputy Meacham.

Melissa Christine Folsom, 40, was sentenced to serve seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and taken into custody March 5 to be transported to the DOC. Sgt. Paul Bradshaw.

Keith William Geringer, 30, was arrested March 5 on a charge of first-degree burglary and released the same day without bond. Jailer Nicholas Barslow.

Tyler Justin Murphy, 37, was arrested March 5 on a charge of making a terroristic threat in the first degree and held without bond. Deputy Devon Mendenhall.

James Michael Barnes, 59, was arrested March 5 on charges of third-degree assault of a special victim, disarming an officer performing an official duty and resisting arrest for a felony. He was held without bond. Deputy Adriel Lisboa.

Caleb Lane Bridgewater, 22, was arrested March 6 on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and held on $7,500 bond. Deputy Robert Malone.

Danny Ray Wilcox, 34, was arrested March 6 on three warrants for failure to appear on two felony charges and a misdemeanor charge. He was released the following day on $25,000 bond. Deputy James Wardrip.

George Franklin Becker, 47, was arrested March 7 on a warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and held on $10,000 bond. Cpl. Seth Smith.

Joni Ann Culton, 39, was arrested March 7 on a charge of stealing, four or more offenses within 10 years, and released the same day on $5,000 bond. Jailer Brenton Fine.

Marsha Deann Delgado, 34, was arrested March 7 on a charge of second-degree domestic assault and held on $5,000 bond. Deputy Austin Ryan.

Tara Lynn Harbison, 24, was arrested March 8 on a probation/parole violation warrant and held without bond. Deputy Timothy Gordon.

Sandra Jo Campbell, 36, was arrested March 8 on a warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and held on $7,500 bond. Deputy Koleman McDaniel.

Ruby Dakota Bragg, 29, was arrested March 9 on a Thayer warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and released the same day on $400 bond.

Charles B. Barrett, 39, was arrested March 9 on a warrant for failure to appear and held on $50,000 bond. Jailer Barslow.

Terry Dale Darnell, 51, was arrested March 11 on a charge of driving while revoked or suspended and released the same day without bond. Deputy Malone.

INCIDENT REPORTS

At 1:52 p.m. March 4, Deputy Melanie Roam received a report from dispatch regarding found property on South U.S. 63. The item, not identified in the report, was secured into evidence and will be sent for destruction.

Deputy Lisboa responded at 10:28 a.m. March 5 to a home off of Highway 142 near PP Highway in south Howell County for a complaint about a neighbor not caring properly for animals and allowing them to roam, destroying the reporting party’s property. The owner of the animals was arrested on a charge of assaulting a law enforcement officer. The case is pending investigation and a report was taken.

At 8:55 a.m. March 6, Deputy Jacob Hamby was dispatched to N Highway for a trespassing complaint. Attempts were made to find the trespasser and a report was taken.

Deputy Ryan received a call to assist a Children’s Division employee at 10:14 a.m. March 7 at a home off of Y Highway in Mtn. View for an investigation into allegations of physical and sexual abuse. He met with the employee and the parents of the youth, and took a report. The case is under investigation.

At 11:01 a.m. March 6, Deputy Ryan spoke to two people about a report pertaining to an animal call off of County Road 5630 in Willow Springs. A report was generated at the sheriff’s office.

Deputy Tessa Jens was advised of a stolen firearm at 12:19 p.m. March 6. When she spoke to the reporting party, the victim said the gun was stolen in transit as it was being shipped to Indiana. Information was collected for a report, which has been completed.

At 1:06 p.m. March 6, Deputies Hunter Ward and Jacob Hamby were dispatched to a home on County Road 7640 for a death investigation. Howell County Coroner Tim Cherry was contacted. Robertson-Drago Funeral Home arrived and took possession of the remains. The case is closed.

Deputy Jens was dispatched at 5:57 p.m. March 6 to a home on U.S. 160 for a woman found dead in her own home. The deputy conducted an investigation and concluded the woman had died of natural causes. Information was collected for a report.

At 6:28 p.m. March 6, Deputy Ward was notified that Deputy Gordon was in need of assistance on County Road 3080 in Mtn. View. Gordon was attempting to make a warrant arrest. The case was logged as “escape or attempted escape from custody” and referred to the Howell County prosector’s office.

Deputy Ryan was dispatched at 10:05 a.m. March 9 to assist Children’s Division staff investigating allegations of rape in the area of Highway 14 in West Plains. A report was made.
