ARRESTS

Christopher Lee Haugen, 41, was arrested March 18 on two Pulaski County warrants for failure to appear on felony charges and held on $10,000 bond. He was transferred from Howell County custody the same day. Deputy Timothy Gordon.

Georgia A. Wilson, 64, was arrested March 18 on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and resisting arrest for a felony and released on $25,000 bond.

Josh James Hart, 42, was arrested March 19 on a Douglas County probation violation warrant, held without bond and transferred from Howell County custody March 21. Deputy First Class Dylan Webb.

Shannon Ann Marie Ferguson, 30, was arrested March 20 on a Mtn. View charge of driving while intoxicated by drugs and released Saturday on $389.50 cash bond.

Donna Michelle Ledbetter, 51, was arrested March 20 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault and released Friday on $5,000 bond. West Plains Police Officer Jesse Martin.

Ami Beth Nelson, 38, was arrested March 21 on a Wright County warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and released Friday on $250 cash bond. Cpl. Nicholas Bruno.

Georgia Ann Wilson, 64, was arrested March 21 on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest for a felony. She was released the same day on $30,000 bond. Cpl. Bruno.

Thomas Jeffrey Radford, 41, was arrested Friday on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree domestic assault and released the following day on $25,000 bond. Deputy Gordon.

Kimberly Starr Luck, 43, was arrested by Texas County deputies on March 20 on a charge of delivery of a 35 grams or less of marijuana or a synthetic cannabinoid to a minor and held on $20,000 cash bond.

Johnathan Zane Upshaw, 36, was arrested Friday on Mtn. View charges of third-degree assault on a special victim, driving while intoxicated, driving in a careless and imprudent manner and driving a vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility, repeat offense. Randy Gene Hayes, 61, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and held on $7,500 bond. West Plains Police Officer Nathaniel Siegrist.

Kristian Dee Watson, 45, was arrested Saturday on charges of driving while revoked or suspended, possession of a controlled substance and felony receiving stolen property. He was released the following day on $10,000 bond. Deputy Austin Ryan.

INCIDENT REPORTS

Deputy First Class Webb took a walk-in report at 1:20 p.m. March 18 regarding a cell phone stolen from a business in West Plains. Investigation is ongoing.

At 1:41 p.m. March 18, Deputy First Class Webb spoke to someone at the sheriff’s office about attempted identity theft. The reporting party said someone had opened multiple accounts in her name and tried to access her bank account. A report was taken and investigation is ongoing.

The Howell County S.W.A.T. team executed a narcotics search warrant at 6:38 a.m. March 19 at a home on Highway 14 near West Plains. Sgt. Seth Smith.

At 1:52 p.m. March 19, Deputy Melanie Roam was dispatched to speak with a person about a missing dog from County Road 8490. The case is closed due to lack of victim cooperation.

Deputy Roam was dispatched at 3:01 p.m. March 19 to the sheriff’s office to speak to a person about possible stealing. The reporting party was advised of judicial remedies and a report was made for documentation.

At 5:25 p.m. March 19, Deputy First Class Jared Hummel was dispatched to the sheriff’s office for a report of property damage. A ticket was issued for second-degree property damage.

Deputy Talon Millard was dispatched at 9:08 p.m. March 19 to K Highway for an assault. The victim did not have major injuries and denied medical treatment. The suspect was not located and charges were filed for third-degree assault.

At 5:46 a.m. March 21, Deputy Millard was driving on U.S. 63 in West Plains and saw a black passenger vehicle driving 78 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. He initiated a traffic stop and the driver was ticketed for speeding by 20-25 mph over.

Jailer Nicholas Barslow was notified at 2:40 p.m. Friday of an assault allegation at the Howell County Jail. Formal charges will be sent to county prosecutors.

At 4:24 p.m. Friday, Deputy Jordon Collins was dispatched to a home on County Road 5790 in Willow Springs to investigate a report of an out-of-control youth. The case was reported to the Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division.

Deputy Ryan was notified at 12:35 p.m. Saturday of a person wanting to report a stolen vehicle. Information was taken and the vehicle was recovered. A second caller reported a vehicle stolen from the same property on AD Highway, and that vehicle was also recovered. A suspect was arrested and taken to the sheriff’s office for a 24-hour hold, and charges will be sent to the county prosecutor’s office for review.

At 11:19 a.m. Sunday, Deputy Ryan was notified of a person who wanted to report a burglary on County Road 5350 in West Plains. Information was gathered and a report was taken.
