The business, formed in February 2010, is owned by West Plains residents Russ Gant, Keegan Bash and Phillip Franz.
“Our corporate purpose is to build lifelong relationships with our customers,” said General Manager Luke Stokes. “We have experienced exponential growth in recent years, and we’re grateful to our customers for their support.”
The business offers eight brands of ATVs, motorcycles and side-by-sides. The dealership sells Polaris, Honda, Can Am, Yamaha, Kawasaki, CFMOTO and recently began carrying Hammerhead and SSR products.
“We buy, sell and trade daily with an inventory of more than 350 vehicles,” said Stokes.
In addition to power-sport vehicles and other motorized vehicles which are well suited for home and farm use, the business also sells Yamaha “power equipment,” generators, power washers and pumps as well as sump pumps for industrial applications.
Mega Motorsports also offers accessories and apparel. Around 250 helmets are carried in stock as well as Mega Motorsports and brand-name apparel, including Fox, Icon and Oakley eyewear.
In the spring of 2016, Meag Motorsports became a Spartan Dealer. The Spartan is a zero-turn lawn mower manufactured in Batesville, Ark. The Spartan Mower line is available in the RZ, RT and SRT models to accommodate every customer, from personal to commercial use, and fit every price range. Spartan mowers base RZ model starts at $4,799.
“Mega Motorsports currently employs 32 people,” said Stokes. “We are constantly growing and constantly searching for talent. For those with skills that think they might be a good fit, please apply on the website or stop by.”
When asked what makes Mega Motorsports stand out from other businesses that offer similar services, Stokes replied, “It’s the quality of our staff, the selection we offer and the sheer amount of choices. Most products are available for demo so you can ride before you buy.”
