Megan Rice, of Imperial, received the Student Government Association’s (SGA) Outstanding Member Award at Missouri State University-West Plains’ annual Celebration of Leaders student awards ceremony at the West Plains Civic Center. The award honors the SGA member who volunteered a significant amount of time to and always contributed a positive attitude for SGA activities during the year.
