A Birch Tree woman has pleaded not guilty to charges related to allegedly receiving $4,041 in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (S.N.A.P) funds deceitfully by claiming dependents who were not members of her household over the course of about two-and-a-half years, from about Nov. 1, 2018 through July 31, 2021.
