The staff of the West Plains Daily Quill wish all a festive and warm holiday season. As a reminder, the office will be closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day, with normal office hours resuming the Tuesdays following both holidays. Early deadlines are in effect for several upcoming issues: obituaries meant for this Saturday’s Gazette must be submitted to the Quill by 11 a.m. Thursday, and those meant to print Dec. 30 are due by 11 a.m. Dec. 28. All ads, including classifieds and legal notices meant for Dec. 27 publication must be submitted and approved by the advertiser by 5 p.m. Friday, and those for Jan. 3 must be likewise submitted and approved by 5 p.m. Dec. 29.
