Sharon Holland, left, bookstore manager at Missouri State University-West Plains’ Drago College Store, retired from her position Aug. 1 after 15 years of service. Holland was hired as an administrative assistant at the bookstore on May 27, 2008. She was promoted to textbook buyer on Oct. 1, 2008, and to bookstore manager on Aug. 18, 2014. Holland received a certificate noting her years of service and a piano arch mantle clock from MSU-WP Chancellor Dennis Lancaster.
