Southern Bank donates $1,200 to sponsor BrewFest tasting glasses
Southern Bank has donated $1,200 as a tasting glass sponsor to the West Plains Council on the Arts’ 11th annual BrewFest. The event will be held 5:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 24 at the West Plains Civic Center, 110 St. Louis St. Advance tickets are $30 each through Ticketmaster, or $40 at the door; attendees must be at least 21 years of age with photo identification. Advance tickets may also be purchased in person at Dev's Steakhouse on Court Square, Wages Brewing Company in East Towne Village off of Bill Virdon Boulevard or at the civic center box office, or by phone by calling the box office at 417-256-8087. The event is a fundraiser for the arts council, and proceeds will help fund the Gatewood Family Fine Arts Scholarship, art exhibits, workshops, the annual Community Messiah Sing, performances and the Old-Time Music, Ozarks Heritage Festival.
