State, local officials join in Jubilee celebration

Proclamations from the Missouri State Senate, Missouri House of Representatives and the City of West Plains recognizing Missouri State University-West Plains’ 60th anniversary were presented to Chancellor Dennis Lancaster during the 60th Diamond Jubilee celebration Sept. 16 at the amphitheater.
