Carolyn Mefford is the third place winner in the Quill’s Shop Indie campaign. Contestants entered their names at independent retailers in West Plains, and winners were drawn at random. Mefford signed up at Town and Country Lighting, and as the 3rd place place winner, she scored a prize pack with $50 in bonus bucks from the West Plains Daily Quill which she can use at her choice of participating businesses. He also won two Glass Sword movie tickets; a Lorell desk lamp/fan from Buro; a $25 gift certificate from The Fish Shack; a $50 gift certificate to Quality Floors; a $25 gift certificate to Richards Brothers Farm Store; three Little Caesars pizzas; a $15 gift certificate to Jimmie’s Family Restaurant; Soap Gift Box from Sandi Soaps; Industrial cleaner and latex gloves from Horn Plumbing, Heating, & Air; and products from T-B-N Electrical Supply.
