Candis Watts and Phillip Magana, both of West Plains, announce they will be married in an invitation-only ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023. They will be joined by their children Makynlee and Braylon as they celebrate blending their families. Both are employed with Perennial Energy, the bride-to-be as service coordinator, and the groom-to-be as a fabricator.
