At 4:57 p.m. Jan. 14, Officers Joe Barnhouse and David Hocking investigated a noninjury traffic crash on North Center Street near the intersection of North Walnut Street. A vehicle had lost control on the snow-covered road and went off the left side of the road, striking the ditch. The vehicle was towed by Midway Towing and a report was taken.
Officer Barnhouse took a report of stealing at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday from Dollar General. Investigation is ongoing and investigators are trying to locate the suspect.
At 8:49 p.m. Tuesday, Officers Ryan McGinnis, David Struble, Hocking and Barnhouse were dispatched to a domestic disturbance call on West Fourth Street. It was learned that the disturbance was a verbal argument, and a man was trespassed from the premises. No charges pending.
