Jarred Rhine was the winner of a Henry .44 Magnum rifle given away through a drawing held by the Bakersfield American Legion, Post 0374. Tickets for the giveaway drawing were sold as a fundraiser for the post at the Sept. 9 car show held in Bakersfield.
